Pros

This company has good values and culture. You will easily become part of the family. Good client presence. Different types of vertical where you can thrive.

Cons

The HR process in not to the mark of top service provider company. Still in the initial stages. Compensation is pretty poor and not paid for the extra hours your are working.

Pros

If you're Indian you are going to receive less assignments and more salary. If you're Mexican you are going to do the things the Indian doesn't want to do (receiving small salary), but you can play table football and ping-pong during lunch period. As part of Talent pool, you are going to be paid just to be in office, so it's a good chance to search job in different companies.

Cons

There aren't any chances to grow. Local HR and Account Management doesn't know how to manage the resources' skills to get (i.e. If Java Developers are required, they hire new staff instead of use professionals that have that background).

Not worth it.

Pros

It is a flat organization. You have the ability to speak to different managers and executives very easily.

Cons

They promise you quite a bit in the interview and lure you in with a high salary. However as soon as you begin everything can change - including your title and duties. I was hired on as a Project Manager and spent nearly every day scheduling meetings. There is very poor communication between team members. My manager was never available to speak to. There is also no training program by the company and little to no training is provided by management. There is excessive overtime and you are expected to be on call at all times. Lastly, it is a very male dominated company with an Indian mentality. Women are not given respect in meetings and given very few opportunities to advance.
