Pros

Have got all the ingredients of a global fortune company. Very Flexible Work Timings based on your project and client. The overall company experience will differ based on which team you are in and which client you are working with. You can grow upto any level if you have the right skills and be very vocal.

Cons

Too much focus on growth than employee satisfaction. Atleast 20-30% people in all levels are utter waste which is very demotifying. There is no solid hiring strategy, purely based on demand and referrals. Compensation is average, not the best and not the least. If you dont raise concern, you wont get it too.

Pros

Good if you are looking for work at Home and Flexi time sort of arrangement.

Cons

>> Quite a nepotic pro-Keralite culture >> No processes for Goal setting, KRAs, measurement and no 360 degree appraisals >> Everything is there in letter- not followed in spirit -very superficial systems >> No clarity on budgets for projects, sudden changes in reporting leading to confusion during performance ratings >> No escalation system, your manager's word is the last word, No 360 degree feedback >> HR is very slow and unresponsive, they will point you back to your manager for everything, even if the manager himself/herself is the problem >> No whistle blower protection, you are left open to attack if you raise any issue >>No clarity in Vision/ Strategy/Branding/Marketing...just growing through "contacts" >> No differentiation- just another mid-tier IT services company
