UST has been one of the best work experiences in my career.
Pros
The leadership and mentoring that is provided at UST throughout my career has been one of my favorite things about this company. I love how the company fosters team building and working with one another to grow. There has never been any question that I have had that was ever ignored and if there was not an answer one was given to me or was given a point of contact where I can get the issue resolved. There is a lot of positive feedback that is given and also when there are issues or concerns, they are addressed, and a game plan of action is given.
Cons
There are vast areas of training and I think a stronger orientation program in the beginning of a person's career would benefit on where to go to find out and use the company portals would benefit greatly.
