      Flexibility of work-life balance based on performance.

      Cons

      Internal politics makes us to feel that no recognition of hard work has been provided. Yearly feed back system is not good. The higher level manager can over-write the comments and appreciations given by the lower level manager. Huge politics on this issue. Even HR also will not be able to do anything on this even if they know that it was a mistake. Very bad in recognizing an employers HARD WORK.

      Managers are unknown about the process, they can't help you in any of your issues or concerns. Bureaucracy oriented company. You'll be routed to table to table for any issue without any solution. Worst medical insurance policy. Nothing is in favor of an employee. They will give you an email ID, and everyday you'll get thousand of unnecessary emails. Most of the managers and employees are only from Kerala and they have their own gang, they won't interact with anyone who is from other part of India.

      Nothing positive very rude policy to harass employees.

      Manager never respect your work and your skill. Always you will be harassed for one our other thing. Doesn't pay the variable pay at year end as per the policy Once you resign your variable pay will not be paid although you are eligible to get
