      Beware! This company (UST Global Philippines) laid off another group of employees. They did not even give a 30 day notice to the affected employees. They also called it sabbatical leave. You will not receive your salary for 3-6 months --- no work, no pay. If they discover that you applied in another company, they will terminate you and you will not receive your separation pay. This is the worst company I've ever heard. Very inhumane. They don't care if you have a family to feed. Don't think of applying here because accounts here are not stable. Accounts come and go. Accounts are mismanaged and some of the managers are very incompetent because some of them lack the experience. No wonder why there's no stable account in this company. You don't have to think if you should enter this company because you shouldn't even consider this company. No stars for this company.

      Very good company to work with. So much carring feel like own company, no worries for any thing we can choose the way we want to work and place and project. Highly recommended

      salaries are relatively low compared to other. Not much into insurance sector
