      Pros

      Worked as Consultant/Analyst for the company. Salary is mediocre, no real perks. Lots of struggles working with international team.

      Cons

      processes are unclear from time to time. Lots of orders taken from executive team which aren't well thought out.

      Pros

      Your average run of the mill IT company. Generally the first place to work after a B.Tech placement and you are treated likewise. You can figure out what you want to do in life after working here for a bit. Co workers are really nice and friendly which is a huge plus.

      Cons

      Training is a joke and stuck in old coding practices. Extremely boring and senseless work even if you are into coding, at least to start with. Generally, the responsibility on you is so less that you feel that you are replaceable at any moment. They'll make you work long hours (all the while not really making you do anything) and I've heard the yearly bonuses are non existent. I'm all for professionalism at the workplace but certain practices seem in place just see like they are sucking up to the client. Also when you do quit from the company, make sure to start the process at least 2 months in advance because the HR is pretty slow.
