      Pros

      Good company to work with. You work is appreciated by your peers, Manager and Sr. Management. Enough of opportunities are provided to scale the new positions in careers. You're valued as contributing individual and this makes you feel to come back if another opportunity is provided.

      Cons

      Better compensation to entry and mid-level employers. Some of the roles are reserved for clique and there should be change to it by providing those to right people.

      Pros

      Pay well, some really smart and talented people work here. A few, hard to find within the company, but there are a few gems, but most have left or are leaving.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees. Risk aversive. Poor delivery from off-shore. Executive hires are family and not qualified. Definitely not non-Indian friendly.
