If you are joining as fresher , they will give very less salary. You won't have even single percentage of individual career growth . Especially if you are from other then you will be completely screwed because people out there use to pinpoint only with negative feedback and make you fully in to trouble . The Hike will be very less and that too how much you do your political level. If you can sing song behind your manager then you will be given R&R which showns how skilled you are. Create documents for each and everthing but nothing will happen because of that. They will use the same people to do the project always, don't ever enter in to this company for mobile application development then you will lose your templer, life, career, and everything. This one of the worst ever company in my life time.
