      Biased management and not employee friendly anymore

      Pros

      If you are lucky, you will get to work with awesome team lwad by a great manager. Chances or which are close to 20%.

      Cons

      Biased management, very less chance for growth, not employee friendly anymore (compared to few years back), Senior level managers are mostly biased and not transparent. The organization as a whole works in secrecy with very little transparency. Forget about hike or apraisals.
