      Learned that I can handle being in charge of men who usually don't take orders from women

      Cons

      The business is a man world and I learned that fast. Once the training was over I was offered a job with the company to relocate; however, they tried to under pay me. I learn from all the males that each of them were offered double what I was given. After I declined the offer I started looking for other employment. The company that I went to did a background check on me and tried to get my files from UST and they could not find anything. Thank God for W2 I was able to supply them that. For some reason UST advise that I was never a employee. SMH, I would have never worked there had I known the headache that I would experience.

      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits, vacation, sick days, free lunch once a week and can allow flexibility in work hours.

      Cons

      There is very little structure, no communication, no one takes initiative, no one takes responsibility for their actions, strict dress code to be in a cubicle, hiring and training process is none existent, no one is proactive, there is always a mad rush to finish things at the last minute, it always feels the next day could be the last, can become a hostile work environment,many things promised, but never comes to fruition.
