      Good company to work in. Hardwork gets duly rewarded. Good onsite opportunities. Good people to work with. Good amount of extra curricular actvities

      Cons

      Dress code. Long hours depending on the project. Managers are not techinically sound. Pathetic training on new technologies. A little biased to mallu people

      1. Work Environment is ok. 2. People are supportive and friendly.

      Cons

      1. If you are not from Kerala, you will not get many benefits. Even if you work in bangalore or chennai. 2. No job security. Please risk yourself by coming here. You can get bad rating and you will be forced to put paper. 3. Pathetic HR policies. They never intimate current/new policies correctly. 4. Even if you are in project, until you are a malayali you cant get appreciation and good ratings. When ram down happens then except malayali, all others only will be released. 5. In Bangalore, Chennai, transport is nil. 6. No variable pay when you get last rating. Though variable pay ia deducted from your salary package.
