      Pros

      None there is no professional growth in being with UST Global ; it is a mere staffing house

      Cons

      The company is full of low performers and the management is full of low performers who could not perform well in their careers . Hikes are given only when a person resigns , they are a stingy company and this will not benefit anyone to join them . The Management is full of croonies and their pals only get a benefit . Competent people are ignored in the company so that incompetent people keep their jobs . No transparency in work and a complete fake culture , high degree of regionalism

      Flexibility at work with WFH options (depends on your RM) Good work-life balance High and easy visibility to top management when compared other companies

      Cons

      Most projects only in Mainframe domain and based out of Trivandrum or Cochin Salary hike is only average Dress code - All 5 days formals with tie is a curse

      I take interviews in the organization. Most of the times, the interview request is adhoc. A meeting request should be sent for the same at least one day in advance.
