      Thus company has friendly environment, great in the values and culture, but needs to improve the HR process.

      Pros

      This company has good values and culture. You will easily become part of the family. Good client presence. Different types of vertical where you can thrive.

      Cons

      The HR process in not to the mark of top service provider company. Still in the initial stages. Compensation is pretty poor and not paid for the extra hours your are working.

      Good Environment and work-life balance, especially people in client locations.

      Only formals with tie mandatory at office, compensation level is too less even if you score better.

      Pros

      If you're Indian you are going to receive less assignments and more salary. If you're Mexican you are going to do the things the Indian doesn't want to do (receiving small salary), but you can play table football and ping-pong during lunch period. As part of Talent pool, you are going to be paid just to be in office, so it's a good chance to search job in different companies.

      Cons

      There aren't any chances to grow. Local HR and Account Management doesn't know how to manage the resources' skills to get (i.e. If Java Developers are required, they hire new staff instead of use professionals that have that background).
