      Pros

      Good salary. Good opportunity to start working if you don't have any experience.

      Cons

      The office is too far away from the city. Ridiculous dress code. You have to dress suit everyday even if there is no contact with customers and you work in a rural area. No competitive benefits with other companies in the industry. Very poor management. Business culture from the last century. Poor communication between departments. No formality or ethics by those responsible for the administration.

      Supportive management. Good flexibility. The management understood and really got it. Well supported to have a good work life balance.

      Changing priority. Constantly having to juggle shift in direction. Makes it challenging to deliver something with quality.

      work life balance is there

      Cons

      HR people are very lazy. I worked in semiconductor vertical where people will be working in client place. No onsite bonus, no other allowances. You will get only what was there in your offer letter at month end. Hike process and promotion is damn slow.
