Flexibility of work-life balance based on performance.
Cons
Internal politics makes us to feel that no recognition of hard work has been provided. Yearly feed back system is not good. The higher level manager can over-write the comments and appreciations given by the lower level manager. Huge politics on this issue. Even HR also will not be able to do anything on this even if they know that it was a mistake. Very bad in recognizing an employers HARD WORK.
