      If you want just money at the start USTG is the place, but for long term its not

      high starting salary, an attarctive package

      Cons

      less opportunity and work relationship between filipino resources and Indians are not good specially that the India DC is looking Manila as their competitor. Some Indians are rude and dont have ethics. The high starting salary tends to be there for few years and 0-2% increase only this year.

      An excellant organization to learn and test one's abilities

      Pros

      Good technical work. In fact better than many large organizations. Challenging assignments and hence there is a lot to learn and sharpen the skills.

      Cons

      Small teams hence sometimes you are on your own. But the seniors in the organization are willing to help. The focus seems to be on the teams in US. Hopefully it should change.
