      Pros

      The company has a huge market presence in Kerala. The core values and culture has been thought through before being laid out.

      Cons

      Sadly governance and enforcement of policies are not in place. Blatant abuse of the system is rampant. Policies are being manipulated for individual benefits. HR has been segregated into more than 8 separate units. Recruitment team has been segregated into more than three units, Mission and Vision statements are laid out with out any strategy in place. Leadership changes frequently which gives insecurity to

      Pros

      1) Managers are very friendly. 2) If you stay long, onsite is waiting for you for sure. 3) Growth is good, if placed in a right project. 4) Work Life balance is ok, if in a right project.

      Cons

      1) More 24X7 Projects in support. So, it's getting hectic. 2) Need to wear full sleeve business shirt and tie. It's the most most hectic. Client is rarely impressed with that kind of dressing sense. 3) Need to be more flexible with timing.
