      The Best Kept Secret waiting to be unleashed on the IT services space

      Pros

      As the "best kept secret" in the IT services space, UST definitely has the potential to grow and is already competing with the Big 4 of the Indian IT industry. It has a great client roster and its senior management is staffed with industry veterans. Also, quite flexible in terms of lateral movement within the company with good visibility into management pipeline. Relatively young and dynamic workforce adds to the strength of the company.

      Cons

      Still has a mindset that is not comparable to the International companies. Perks are very minimal. Not much brand value Salary NOT on par with who they call their competitors

      It is one of the awesome companies to start or nurture your career.Opportunities are equally provided and metrics stand same for all. Every family member of UST is driven by values of Humility,Humanity and Integrity.Flexible work time adds spice.

      Cons

      I think there are very few cons. One of them is : More focus could be provided on the monetarial satisfaction of the employees
