Working as an Office Manager at UST for a year now has been an exceptional experience. A very stable leadership (avg tenure > 10 years) is proof of strong foundation, and the growth and results speaks for itself. UST has similar problems as peers, but it's entrepreneurial culture and big ambitions makes this a great place to grow.
