Technologies and clients are good

In my opinion, for an employee like me, the utmost preference is on the work environment and the work culture because these two factors have a significant impact on a person’s life. With my past 8 years of experience with UST, I believe that UST is having the best work environment and work culture. In these years with UST, I always felt UST as a one big family supporting each other on many different factors(Both work related and social causes). In UST, there is a plenty of opportunity for a person to grow personally and collectively as a team. UST has always recognized, appreciated and awarded employees on their true efforts. For an IT engineer like me, there are wide variety of technologies & platforms that I can get hands on which in turn can improve my skills and learnings. Even in this covid pandemic, UST has taken care of all its employees including me. I am really thankful for UST being true to its promises and commitment towards employees.
