We at UST value the feedback from every USsociate as that gives us an opportunity to take corrective action around policies and processes. We understand your frustration and we assure you this is not a usual occurrence in UST. We are a high employee touch point organization, we value our people and truly believe that we are a successful Organization because of our people. Being a digital services organization, we encourage employees to be active on social media and we reinforce the social media policy of UST through regular communication. As any Organization would do, we also ensure that we take necessary action in case of breach of policy. We take utmost care in protecting personnel information and we do not sell employee data. Our employees do receive mails from UST’s benefits providers with whom our employees sign up for benefits. This is a standard practice.
