Cons
They make it seem good from the outside, to get you in. They pay everyone differently to test what pay will keep employees. For example, I contracted in at $40/h and they hired a different guy direct, and payed him $28/h or something like that, when we have the same experience starting. When your temp contract expires, you’d think the manager would pay you an extra dollar or so because he’s not paying the contracting agency anymore right? Nope. The owner will promise your pay won’t change when you sign on direct, and cut your pay by a few $ and hour. He doesn’t pay leads anything extra although they deserve it, etc. scumbag owner, run away from this company and let his company rot in it’s own filth he created.
