      Cons

      Management team has terrible communication Belittle and down talk to lower employees Cultural difference on how to treat employees High turn over rate as people get used for contacts then tossed when they run out No appreciation for tasks/projects well done but disciplined for tasks/projects that you have nothing to do with when they go awry

We believe that ongoing communication between managers/employees is critical to keeping employees and teams motivated at all times. We encourage our managers to be deliberate about meeting employees and teams regularly -to provide updates on business, new opportunities, technology trainings, and development opportunities amongst others. While it may not be happening in pockets, overall feedback regarding communication has been positive. Transparent in the communication with the clients 5. Employees are taken care of during travel and relocation. Have a great travel desk and immigration teams. 6. Good compensation
