Pros
I have been working since more than a year. I find this company gives good work life balance with lot of extra cultural and professional activities. Lot of learning opportunities in latest technologies from internal training department.
Cons
Senior positions are held only by local regional employees. So looks like regional preference is given during promotion. All employees in technical roles in projects are looked upon equally ( sometimes software architect by role is also looked upon as normal developer). Experienced technical expert is not given any preference over lesser experienced during work allocation or authority. No difference between testers and development experts inside the client account.
