Lack of communication. HR would not respond most of the time. Project lead claims our contacts would be terminated once the client contract expires. People who don't know what they are doing, are the ones kept. During the last 2 months of the client contract we went from "There is a new project, that you will be moved to", to "There is no new projects, so we will terminate your contracts", to "We are sad to see you go, as we had a new project we needed you for" on our last day(everyone accepted other offers).
