You can only survive in this company if u are a mallu. Too much of politics. They don't have good projects, and HR's act like they own the company. The HR's rule this company, if you question the HR's then they'll threaten you with termination. They literally destroy your mental peace. There are more than 200+ senior employees in the talent pool frm more than 6 months. If your are a fresher do not join this company, theyll spoil your career. Culture and values is 0.
