Good work - life balance (Maybe "Life" has some more value here..) Hackathons Tech Talks Clubs for everything: Movie Club, Speech etc. Colors: Great if you have skill at anything, or you are interested in CSR, Branding, etc. You can be a part of this and can get a good recognition. Whatever good idea you have in current project, management encourages and you can actually implement your idea - You have a good value if you have knowledge. Overall.. I feel like in College.

Cons

I worked in C++ here. No experts in this field I found here. Very non-challenging work. If you are a fresher, I won't recommend you start from here.
