      Pros

      Organises good number of employee enhancement programs. Periodic training in emerging technologies. Fun activities and workplace culture is relaxing. Sunil Balakrishnan the Genral Manager is a great personality.

      Cons

      The projects are not challenging and lacks innovation. Innovation is only in thoughts but rarely implemented. People who deserve recognition are rarely awarded. The perks are demotivating. The company take on more projects with less number of resources to handle them, creating undue pressure. People with skills in a particular area are made to work in projects that do not require them even though there are vacancies that require those skills.

      Less work pressure, good for people who are not very career oriented, lot of organizational activities, good for malayalees who want to live in trivandrum.

      Cons

      Low compensation, low hikes, most projects still use primitive technologies, need to be sycophantic for promotion, disastrous midlle level and top level management
