      UST is a good place for Freshers, as they could learn and grow their knowledge in the first 2 years.

      Pros

      Flexible time, colleagues are helpful, good working environment. Good place if you want a small income and a stable life. Overall its a fine company to start your IT career with.

      Cons

      Salary is less, no major hike and lot of work. Not much of growth. Hikes are delayed and that too is not much.
