* If you are from Kerala, its your best option. * Good company for a fresher. * OK in salary for both fresher and lateral. * Best option who loves to be a part of some cultural activities and many more that you wouldn't have even thought about. * If your looking to settle in Kerala with your family, this is the best option.

Cons

* SALARY- this is the most imp for all. Salary hike is really bad in here. * Worst variable pay calculations. * Only near and dear of PM or account managers get the onsite opportunity. * dress code is formal and that's fine, but when you are asked to have a tie on for the whole day around your neck, that's where it goes wrong.
