Formal and tie culture made this company's environment beautiful. Great infrastructure. Great Work Culture. As it si headqueartered in Trivandrum, so life is good at this place

Cons

Appraisal system is not so strong. Not good for North Indians, as they give advantage to Keralites (people from Kerala/Malyali's)
