Certain projects dont have enough workforce and hence employees often have to spend endless nights at office. Hike it not according ti performance

I don't find any reason to stay in this company for a long time. They pay very less while compare to other companies.

Cons

There is no hike in the year 2015 and there is no concept of arrears for the delay in paying the hike.No benefits to the employee who are working at client place since a long time.
