- Clear,Concise Presentations - Extremely organized and surprisingly and but very fun -Clear instructions has been given - Expectations of your made very apparent I'm exited to be part of UST family

Cons

while we grow,there are things are evolving (updating technology, adding office space ,etc)that come along with any growing company.It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right
