UST has some great clients and many intresting projects. Work life balance is good depending on the project you are allocated to. Lots of cultural events, trainings, certification drives. For those who love to learn, take leadership, UST has lot to offer

Cons

Salary hike is minimal. Every year there will be some or other things that influence salary revision leading to lesser or no hike.
