Pros

I’ve been with the company for a year it’s been probably the best sales job experience I have had. They have a great team environment yet you get the benefit of being independent. Flexible schedule and the ability grow your income.

Cons

I personally don’t have any cons other than limited holidays off but you do have the ability to request days off.

Pros

- You build your own schedule based on your activities setup so the schedule is flexible and you can really make it work for you. - commission and hourly pay are competitive with other jobs similar to this one. - A lot of the time you’re hosting parties for residents at apartments which is much more fun than the typical 9-5. - Management is great and they are great about giving recognition but also constructive criticisms.

Cons

-Benefits aren’t great starting out but because management is flexible and will work with you it isn’t too bad.
