Pros

Constant training, supplied with excellent test tools, more training.... good work week. Now that fiber has replaced copper T1's the over-time hours have slowed down. Not too many new cell site builds. Management remarkably intelligent. Inclusive environment. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Lay off in 2013!!! And no hope of rehire! I worked for seven years.... best job I ever had.

Pros

I only real positive about the company is the team mates that you work with and the benefits.

Cons

Company has no future, they lease the spectrum that there 5 Mhz of LTE spectrum uses. There has been no network growth or any news about participation in spectrum auctions. Will all the other carries us in at minimum 15 Mhz of spectrum U.S. Cellular is getting left behind in there remaining large markets.
