Pros
Great benefits if you get the time to use them - great bonus but was not close to covering amount of unpaid overtime required.
Cons
Infighting among managers, backstabbing of employees by management. During the time I worked at US Cellular I witnessed the 'release' of 2 director level and 1 mid level manager for mistreating employees, and an out of control contract engagement between the company & its major infrastructure development nt subcontractor. Run do not walk from the test group!
