Pros

- Wonderful work culture, even remotely - Performance based bonuses - Annual Pay Raise (Does not keep up with inflation) - Standard general benefits - Many opportunities to climb the ladder if you find interest in doing so - Encouragement to go into other departments in call center and even towards external departments. - Tuition coverage - Child Adoption Benefits

Cons

- Store locations like to sell out customers and have poor communication on how contracts works for customers, which leads to more unnecessary calls - Substandard spanish contract info for customers who don't speak english, which makes for more upset callers - Repetitive calls involving poorly educated customer on billing - Sitting down all day (standing desk advised for long work periods)

They brag about their culture, but it is terrible. Horrible on-boarding and training. Almost zero support.
