Pros

Great benefits. Competitive pay and commissions (much better than other carriers I have worked for or friends have worked for.) Constantly gaining knowledge of one of the most important industries and products in the world. Not overly worked. 40 hours unless you want more. Easy going atmosphere and culture compared to other sales positions and jobs.

Cons

Tough to move up in the company if you’re not willing to move. Job can become monotonous and customers can be really hard to deal with. It combines the verbal beatings of customer service and the judgement of car sales. Systems are slow and can be frustrating.

Great Company Culture

Pros

Working for this company, I have always felt led with poise and have been treated with respect from peers and the company itself. They handled the pandemic in the best way they possibly could guaranteeing full time pay, guaranteed commission, and facility closing hours as needed. Sales processes were always motivated by values over fear. Generous vacation time, paid sick leave/caregiver time. Full benefits. Good communication company wide. Overall a very organized place to work.

Cons

Outdated POS system that tends to draw out interaction time with customers. Confusing billing statements for customers which often caused customer distrust.
