Pros

You get your salary pay and learn a lot of skills.

Cons

The culture has tanked. Commission structure has significantly change to reduce pay outs. Layoffs of upper management and many other departments have happened. Call center jobs are going overseas through a quiet change. As people are fired or quit they are not replaced in the US. The red flags on a failing business is all there.

Pros

Good Company, company culture. Management was generally pleasant to work with. Good benefits for the role, solid quarterly bonus structure.

Cons

Mostly the job itself. When calls were flooding in it could be frustrating. Especially when you consider most people aren't calling customer service to leave a compliment.
