Pros

They have good benefits and good bonuses.

Cons

The training program was awful. I don’t think I learned one single thing regarding my job. The system was confusing (at first) and we didn’t learn how to navigate it during training l. I learned a lot about customer service which was just common sense. And then WHILE I was in training I made a mistake in authenticating the customer incorrectly and I was coached by 4 different managers AND written up for it. I felt they expected you to do your job 100pct correct, no room for errors immediately out on the floor. I am still getting over the worst experience I’ve ever had as an employee. I felt like someone got an opinion of me, and that opinion was passed on from manager to manager. I know this is true because I read an email my new coach has left open (think she did it on purpose, SHE was fantastic.). The email stated nothing but negative things about me. He made sure to mention my failure to authenticate correctly when I was in training, of course. It was awful. I cried every single day once I got home.

Pros

Pay was competitive, holidays off in my role.

Cons

Leadership was stagnant compared to other companies I worked with of similar size.. I was recruited because I would bring fresh eyes to a changing wireless world. Then handicapped because my leader was not of the same skillset as me. Leadership operates on a buddy buddy system instead of doing what's important for growth in the company.. I excelled in my role, Unfortunately I had an under equipped leader who is challenged by my skill set..
