Office debacles are handled poorly by management. Also peer trainers taught quicker ways to do a task that are fireable offenses. Those fireable offenses were not explained, listed anywhere in employee handbook or during training. Almost all of the telesales leaders knew very little about telesales job roles.

The commission restructure this year is very poor. It shifts the focus to create more of an hourly employee than a sales professional. Micromanagement is at an all time high. Low in store traffic and pressure from upper management has created a culture of severe micromanagement.
