There aren't many pros left with this company honestly

Cons

Upper management cannot be trusted at all. You will be told many things without any of them actually being done. The commission structure change was an absolute joke and cost so many high performers a lot of money. You had to work 10 times harder to make less money. I was told for almost a year by our ASM that I'd get the opportunity to help in other stores to help my progression with the company and that never happened. Instead, because of things that everyone in the store does, they let me and our Store Manager go and blindsided us both, while keeping everyone else. Unless you conform to exactly what they want, you'll never go anywhere with this company. Honestly, the best thing that could happen is T-Mobile buy this company and get rid of the higher management who could care less about anyone but themselves. Frontline workers get reprimanded for giving credits to accounts when a promotion isn't applied, but the promotions team and customer retention have no repercussions for not doing their jobs. They could care less that they're blatantly screwing over customers and they're completely fine with it because they're still making money.
