      Pros

      They encourage growth and opportunity, and you can move up quickly, also great benefits and lots of perks! I made a lot of lifetime friends there, and because I started working so young (21) I grew a lot as a person. They really care about development!

      Cons

      I helped build the social media department from the ground up and when it came time to get hired on permanently and a pay increase, it was NOT what the work was worth or what was expected. Also, the call center environment was kind of crazy dramatic, and the schedules were terrible I worked nights for over a year. Makes work life balance tough.

      Pros

      The people I work with are amazing. Open door policy with direct management. Overtime always welcomed.

      Cons

      Advancement has been difficult, billing system change has left a lot of untrusting customers, work partially on commission (good or bad depending on how you look at it), lots of recent changes has left many employees overworked and not very satisfied.

      Used to be great, now horrible and going downhill fast

      Pros

      Met some great people, used to be like a family atmosphere. Used to have wonderful pay and room for growth

      Cons

      This company is on a downhill skid. They drive (mediocre) results by shoving robotic sales practices down everyone's throat. Now we have to tell customers that to activate ANY PHONE the activation fee will be forty bucks. Used to be a values driven company but now those values have been thrown in the trash. Pay has decreased with ever changing commission structures. Soon they will sell out
