Business Outlook
Pros
UScellular has been a fantastic place to work. Great support from leaders in our department who keep a balanced workload and help overcome obstacles. Wonderfully diverse and competent people throughout the company.
Cons
Main con is we are being acquired so won't be a company much longer :( Would prefer less focus on trendy buzzwords and cultural issues and use resources on customers and employees instead. Example, we were already diverse prior to the political climate pushing several years ago, but we went and created extra positions for that when we already were leaders in it, there is no need for that overhead.
