      Pay, insurance, benefit time off, business casual dress code

      Cons

      Too many changes, inconsistency, mental stress, micro-management, negativity from upset customers repeatedly, too many employees making mistakes that you have to not only correct but emphasis on fixing customers' emotions at the same time.

      Pros

      Salaries and benefits are competitive with other telecom companies. Enforces having a positive work ethic and not allowed to speak ill of anyone.

      Cons

      Too many layoffs as well as turnover due to constant reorgs over the past 10 years, which has produced a continuous dysfunctional company. Very sad.... It was once a great company to work for. Mant IT jobs are outsourced and software is proprietary package.
