      Pros

      Excellent focus on customer and associates. It is safe to make mistakes as long as you learn from them. Leaders are inspiring and encouraging. Everyone works together in the interest of the customer. Invaluable experience gained from working here. I have never had better leaders..

      Cons

      There's a huge emphasis on doing the right thing. For the right people this is no problem. Leaders are held to a higher standard as it should be. There are no negatives about this company.

      Pros

      The people are nice and there are still pockets of the old (good) culture. Financially sound and continues to keep fighting the good fight.

      Cons

      Culture has deteriorated in the last 5 years from the really strong emphasis placed on people, development and community. Morale continues to be low as USCC is the ever-struggling underdog in regionally based wireless service. Marketing is constantly undergoing org changes and restructuring that doesn't leverage the strongest talent.
