Constantly decreasing commission. Terrible senior management. Shady business practices. Poor training. Early AM meetings outside your schedule.

Extremely poor management and leadership. Very understaffed. Managers do not empower people. Sink or swim environment where people are not trained and developed for success. The sad part is that there are pockets of great teams with U.S. Cellular that have happy employees and high morale. My regional group is generally disorganized and treats employees as disposable. The heap on work until you break and replace you with the next lowest paid, unqualified person.
