Pros
They use an annual survey to have the employees rate the company and their managers. When it first was used, it did get rid of bad managers but in recent years the survey has been simplified to the point where it is no longer useful. Good benefits, excellent salary, and mostly good leadership.
Cons
Some departments will let someone go just so that they don't have to ask for an increase in headcount. Like most companies today, there is little loyalty to the associate. If you want to be promoted, you will most likely have to relocate unless you are in the Chicago area already.
