Pros

Reliable benefits, good work/life balance, room for advancement, you make what you earn, uniform expectations from store to store. The company LISTENS to its employees from your store management to CEOs (we have had CEO visits to our store since I've been working here).

Cons

It is commission based, so like any commission job if there are no customers, there isn't much money to be made BUT we have access to a ton of resources to bring customers in so you are still in control.

Pros

Great benefits that start day one. Diverse. I was there for 10+years.

Cons

I worked in both cust svc and sales while i was there. I wouldnt say that it was a terrible place to work, but the cons have seemed to pile up much higher tjan the pros over the last several years. Cons: commission structure changed far to often, and the frontline associates (sales) seemed to be the only departmemt seeing the pay cuts. Management was an either you're in or you're out crowd... and if you are in, they will give you chances that others dont get allowed. The flexible schedule that attracted people to the position has slowly been being taken away over the course of the last couple years and lastly, the system is slow. The ability to use your own judgement, to have some empowerment seemed to be less and less as the push to add services became higher. And, to top it off, the manmer in which we were supposed to add services with our customers was misleading. Not good peoples. Think about it.
